MEET OUR MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Based in sunny Arizona for ten years, Mallory is a dedicated mental health therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, grief, and infertility counseling. With extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored for perinatal issues, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she offers a compassionate and holistic approach to healing. Mallory is a current member of the Arizona Board for Postpartum International and member of American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
Her background includes a yoga teacher certification, which enhances her mindfulness-based therapy techniques, allowing clients to cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. Mallory also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients challenge negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.
With a warm, empathetic style, Mallory creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals and couples navigating the complexities of pregnancy, loss, and the emotional struggles of infertility. She believes in empowering clients to find their path to healing and well-being, using a blend of evidence-based practices and mindfulness techniques.
